Up 24-3 at the half, the Rockets held on for the IHSA first-round playoff win, 44-31. Improving to 7-3, Unity will host rival St. Joseph-Ogden at Hicks Field on Saturday at 2 pm, playing for a spot in the Class 3A quarterfinals.
